The Partnership's Barbara Williams (Receptionist at the Central Office Location) was recently honored at the Lawrence County NAACP Annual Freedom Awards and Scholarship Dinner with a lifetime Thomas Grant Humanitarian Award.  We appreciate Barbara's humanitarian spirit in her service to the individuals and families she welcomes every day.
