ASQ-3 Links

The below links provide Pre-K parents access to the Brookes ASQ-3 (Ages & Stages Questionnaire) through Alabama's First Class Pre-K. Parents will be asked to answer questions about some things their child can and cannot do. The questionnaire includes questions about each child's communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem-solving, and personal social skills.
