Dwayne Blackmon Leads Agency to New Decatur Site for Children's Services
Facilities external property manager Dwayne Blackmon was recognized by CEO Michael Tubbs at the August 23, 2018, Board of Directors meeting with the Eagle Award for Leadership. Dwayne was instrumental in the acquisition of a new building for more classrooms in the Decatur area.
