Introducing The Partnership's first-ever NTLC – New Teacher Learning Community!

The New Teacher Learning Community has been developed and implemented by the Children's Services Coaching Team. In this community, the coaches facilitate discussion and provide support around classroom topics such as lesson planning, social-emotional support, guiding children’s behavior, ongoing assessment, setting up the classroom, etc.

All aspects of the NTLC are performed remotely through Microsoft Teams and Skype. The coaches have worked very hard and the teachers have been very involved. The result has exceeded expectations and coaches are excited to see how the NTLC evolves once feedback is received from this first group!
