Now that all February LIHEAP appointments have been scheduled, the final number of clients that the Community Services staff will serve has been determined.  More than 650 appointments have been scheduled for Cullman, Lawrence and Morgan counties for energy assistance for the month of February at an average of 34 clients per work day (Monday, February 19th offices will be closed for the President's Day holiday).
