Decatur Youth Services and the Housing Authority are hosting their annual Back 2 School Jam on Friday, August 4th from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Ingalls Harbor in Decatur.  Local families are encouraged to attend the event to receive free backpacks with school supplies. Games, a water slide and bounce houses, and a talent show will all be available for children and adults of all ages.
