On October 11th, the Partnership held a groundbreaking at the site of the new Village at Mill Creek multi-family housing development in Millbrook, Alabama.  Partnership staff were joined by local officials and staffers of development partner The Bennett Group.  The project is expected to be complete in 2017 and will contain 56 units plus a club house with ammenities such as Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, laundry facilities and a weight room.
